Eternal Concord

The following actions may cause information to be used:

  • If the game crashes, we send basic device information (such as game version, device type and current OS) to help us fix any issue and improve the game, but do not store or share any personal information.

  • When you sign on to Google Play Games, you share information to Google as per their privacy policy; Eternal Concord does not save this information but does use it to sync achievements with Google Play Games.

  • When you email us via the support button, your email is saved to our contacts, and is only used for support emails (no other correspondence).

 

Website

we do not collect any information unless you share it with us, such as:

  • If you sign up for updates, we will store your email so we can communicate any new releases and updates we have.

 

Social Media

we do not explicitly share any personal information shared on social media; we do not store this information on our servers either. Social media is generally public information so we cannot make any guarantees that others won't see or use it.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Dunamis Games LLC, doing business as Dunamis Games (“Dunamis Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. When you visit our application or website ("Apps", "application"), and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our Apps:

  • For crash reporting in order to evaluate and improve our Apps.

  • To respond to support queries or feedback

  • To provide release updates

In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Apps is at your own risk. You should only access the services within a secure environment.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Apps. If we learn that personal information from users less than 13 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us.

 

 

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

9. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
